I am very aware that I am not going to be the best fitting therapist for everyone. That’s why I love that there are so many therapists in the world!

Here are a few I love to recommend (in alphabetical order since I don’t have favorites):

Art Time Presents Peer Support Group for Gender Expansive Artists

  • Meeting every other Monday on their Discord server to support one another as we use Art, Community and sharing our Truth as a path through the chaos.

Reclamation Collective

  • Offers virtual support groups (these are typically more cost effective compared to individual therapy) to navigate and process themes related to deconstruction, religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and reclamation.

  • Non-profit counseling center located in Highland Park, CA offering affordable individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions on a sliding scale
